Description

r.rhenus SLA 68 is a special demulsifying lubricant for machine tool slideways and guides.

Application

r.rhenus SLA 68 is suitable for the latest NC and CNC machines and flexible processing centres where high positioning accuracy is required to achieve top levels of surface finish and component to lerances.Due to its substancial adhesiveness and good demulsifying behaviour a premature washing off of r.rhenus SLA 68 by the circulating emulsion is avoided. Therefore, slideways and guides are well protected against corrosion and swelling of plastic coatings is also avoided,respectively.
The good demulsifying properties of r.rhenus SLA 68 makes sure that only small amounts of tramp oil enter the emulsion which can easily be separated. Therefore, circulating emulsions remain stable for a longer period of time and disturbing effects on the working process and the operator are clearly reduced.
